We needed new cat carriers and had liked the soft-sided ones we had purchased before. This one is even better. The cat can enter the carrier either through the end or dropped in the opening in the top. The cat traveled to the vet well in this carrier.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase for multiple reasons. Firstly, the product description was misleading. The main image and details on the product page clearly showed a dog bowl and a trash bag included, but neither was provided. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it's frustrating to feel deceived as a consumer. Additionally, the shoulder strap was missing, and the cushion arrived with dog hair on it, which is very unhygienic. My cat refuses to go inside, and I'm left wondering if this was sold as a used item. The overall condition of the product is disappointing, and I advise potential buyers to be cautious about both the misleading description and the quality of the item.

I’ve used it for a car ride when I was moving. The soft-sided design and cozy interior made my cat feel secure and relaxed during travel. When I was out carrying my teacup dog the shoulder strap broke and my pet broke his leg and is now being treated for it, it has cost me six hundred dollars, I need to file a complaint with Amazon and the Consumer's Association about this merchant and how they can provide such poor quality merchandise.

This carrier was nice because it had the frame on the center compartment vs the door, like some do, which means it holds its shape whenever you unzip it. I had a side compartment, and seemed to be put together well, but I wouldn't put a pet heavier than 11 lbs in it, just to be safe. I'd recommend this carrier if your pet fits.
