It's very good diverter for old three handle bathtub/shower faucets. Stores doesn't have this old style diverter. I am really excited about it!

I only needed the large nylon washer but could not find it in the usual washer sources so I ended up with a $15.00 washer and a diverter valve less a washer. Still it was cheaper than ripping out the wall and replacing the whole shower valve.

Our 15+ year old diverter valve was leaking like a sieve, sending a significant portion of the shower water directly down the drain. It took five minutes to replace the old one with this one, and now nary a drop of water is wasted. Love it. Thinking about buying a second one just to have on hand ten years from now, in case they go obsolete.
