I never got another color other than a level 6 acid. I would think there would be some variation in ph if they were truly accurate 🫤

Was curious about my ph level since I started consuming lemon juice first thing in the morning. This set is literally the size of a large matchbook. Just pull off a strip, add pee, and check the color. Very simple. I'm in the middle with a 7.

I use litmus paper often to check the pH of my diy skincare products as well as other food items like homemade pickles and more. My son and I had recently made a batch of fermented pickles as part of his homeschooling and I had left it out on the counter for several weeks. I used this product to check the pH and they seem to be very accurate. I double-checked using my digital pH meter and got the same result. Our pickles turned out to be inedible due to significant fungal contamination but my son learned a bunch about the pH scale and how to quantify it.These litmus test strips can be used for a variety of different applications including physiological measurements and other household uses. There are 80 in the pack and the color chart is simple to read and interpret the results.

These test strips may have some drawbacks which the potential buyer needs to assess based on how and where they intend on using them. Lots of issues can be discovered from a urine test. This test measures your PH level from an acidic to alkaline state. It uses a color system which corresponds to numbers (1-14). Normal PH levels are from 4.6 - 8.The test requires a small amount of urine. You simply dip the strip for several seconds and wait for the color change. I measured around a 7 which puts me at a neutral level. Some experts say it’s better to have a slightly acidic level.The test kit looks like a box of matches and measures less than 3 inches. It has enough strips to last a long time. I will implement the test as part of my self care.

I've often been curious about my PH level so I ordered this kit. I was quite surprised by the small size of the kit which is about the size of a large match book. The matchbox next to the kit is 2" x 1 6/8" for scale. The kit comes with 80 2 1/4" X 1/4" tear-off strips. The back of the kit shows a color graph indicating PH from highly acidic to highly alkaline.I tested my urine (I know, ick) and it came out to be 6 which is within the neutral range. The color came out to be almost identical to the color of the test strip.You can use the strips to test any liquid; tap water, saliva, aquarium water, pool water, etc. I tested our tap water and it came out to be 7, which is the standard for most tap water. Interesting!I recommend the kit for its portability, but I can see how it would get lost or crumpled in a wallet or purse. It would be better if the strips were a bit longer and came in a tube for protection. Thank you!
