These little titanium discs really work. I used them after a car accident in 2008 on my foot, back, neck, and arm. Stopped for a while - now, I ordered them, again, my knee - almost 6 months post-op for a total knee replacement. They work, of course! No surprise there Much healthier than the opioids the surgeon prescribed! I always keep a couple of boxes on hand, and even carry a box in my purse!

These things work on some areas. These work for smaller areas and I have the strips for larger areas like knees and legs;

did a blind test on a family member. my mom has bad arthritis and needs to stretch just to get out of bed. i put 2 discs on each knee. her legs were a lot less stiff, she had better mobility and didn't need to go through a whole routine just to get out of bed. put these on your temples and headaches go away. they stay put for days yet pull off easily in the shower.
