Make sure you know exactly what product that you want.Because this comes in two different sizes for different sizes of transfer paper. I got the wrong size and now I cannot return it. So this product does not work for me.

I bought a new printer, and installed the latest driver. I followed all the instructions to complete the installation, however, the printer doesn't print a single character,by the way, it even damaged the paper. I went to the manufacturer's web site for help,hoever,the help site doesn't work neigher. Don't waste your money and time one this one!

This thing has came in handy when I was on the road and needed to print out things on the fly. Just be mindful if you purchase the printer paper you use for it is like receipt paper you get after you buy something. So in time the info that you print out may fade. I usually scan it on my regular printer when I get home.

Simple et rapide impression sans tracas d'ancre ou de bourrage de papier ou de mechanique complexe et qui brisent vous metter la feuille scanner le code qr et hop une impression de qualiter professionnel et a moindre cout vien meme avec quelque feuille pour tester l'appareil. Seul point l'appareil gagnerai a avoir un revetement en aluminium parcequ'un revetement en plastique sa s'echappe une foi et c'est briserer et je parle meme pas des possible choc en voyage ou si vous trimballer appareil avec vous, un etui de protection est recommander ou sont emballage d'origine peut faire. Sans compter que tout l'appareil est en plastique des rouage juaqu'au revetement a voir si cette appareil est durable. Sinon j'adore cette imprimante je la recommande fortement pour un usage normal et pas intensif c'est du bon plastique mai je cerai surpri si sa dure pour un usage quotidien intensif a voir.

I love this thing!!!! Obviously, the quality isn't going to be amazing, but it's absolutely worth it for the convenience and ease of this printer. It's small and easy to use. You can't print double-sided, but honestly, I can't recommend this product enough. AMAZING, especially for the price!!!

I have zero room for a printer but really needed to have one handy for the few times a year I need to print something off. This works great for me.I wouldn’t recommend printing large documents on it since you have to feed the paper in manually one by one, and since it’s a thermal printer, the paper is almost like receipt paper. But I only ever really need it for documents here and there, shipping labels, or recipe printing.If you just need something to do small printing jobs and not take up space, this is perfect.

I really didn't think this through... I needed a printer for my home office for occasionally printing jobs such as shipping labels, etc. Unfortunately, I didn't consider that this was a thermal printer and requires special paper. This just won't be feasible for what I need it for, so it's being returned.
