This set is amazing! I've been really buckling down on my workouts, and this has been a nice addition to it. I love how easy it is to assemble and break down. The bands don't break or snap easy, and I love the bag it comes in for easy and simple storage.

How hard can it be, right? Thatβs what I said. This comes with 3 levels of resistance bands (2 each) two ankle straps, the three bar pieces that you screw together, the foot loops that are adjustable a workout instruction diagram and some other strap with a round piece on the end that I have no idea what itβs for.The bar and the straps are solid and seem very well made, but the use instructions need refinement.
