I need to relieve pressure on my neck when using a reformer. This product meets my needs. It attaches well to the headrest to soothe neck pain and the additional elastic band holds it in place well. If you want neck support on a trainer, give it a try.

I used to have tightness in my lower back after workouts, but now the neck support has changed my whole posture and there is no discomfort in my lower back. Recommended.
