I wanted to love this machine and thought since other people had an issue with the legs that they would resolve the issue like they have prior. The good reviews were good otherwise. I just messaged them saying the legs are wrong sizes and sent pictures of how I cannot make this work. They told me to just tighten the wing nuts and it will get rid of the quarter inch gap.Update… they just responded that they will send correct legs and it’ll take a few weeks. I’ll update once I have them.

It didn’t come with instructions and the packaging for the nuts and bolts were randomly wrapped. Nothing was labeled also the conditions that it came in where damaged like if maybe someone returned the reform and it was given as is. I had to YouTube the how to assemble the reform and the video was so bad quality and didn’t show the part where I was stuck assembling the reformer. I even wrote a message on their YouTube channel just for them to tell me that this reformer had been discontinued…. It was a mental load.Over all, I use the reformer and I love my Pilates but the quality is not a high quality or made well. The bed is short compared to a pro reformer not my favorite.

It's a great machine. I had a few things that needed to be fixed - shoulder pad and the wheels. One shoulder pad had a minor manufacturing flaw, they quickly replaced it. Less quickly, but ultimately replaced ...my wheels - uniquely had a "flat spot" so it made a distinct thump thump. Most likely because this was laying horizontal in a wearhouse and it wore a small flat spot as it sat in hot storage. It took a few messages and photos but ultimately the company was just fine to work with - through the contact the vendor portal here on Amazon. I was super glad to have purchased this via Amazon. Also, the company gave me a post-purchase discount because the unit went on sale 3 days later and I had to wait for parts. The unit was functional, mostly, while I waited for the parts. I would say the vendor was very responsive, via Amazon. The machine itself. Good. It's important to keep in mind you won't get the same feel of a $5K unit for less. I did ponder over the ones for much much less than this one, that still had springs (key feature) and perhaps they would be just as good as this one.I like the wood, it looks very nice compared to just metal. Ultimately that may have been the deciding factor. This one is up off the ground more and that's great. Wish I could elevate it another 2-4 inches safely. The handles do not have grippy bars, but otherwise work just fine. My only real functional complaint is that the foot bar is very challenging to adjust during a work out. One has to straddle the unit and pull both stoppers in order to move it. I suspect this is the same on other machines. The jump board is ok - bounces a bit, but totally works, a bit noisey ...the other "trampoline" is pointless, the tramp surface isn't jumpy at all, the parts that wrap around the bar just move, there is so spring in that material.Very easy to assemble - and disassemble as I needed to, twice. A second set of hands does make it easier. Another reviewer stated that each piece was wrapped in plastic - true, the plastic-wrap covering is stapled into each padded surface as part of its manufacturing and is indeed a pain to remove, some will just live there as there is no way to remove it all without taking it completely apart. It glides nicely and works great. The cost of this reformer is far less than a year of classes. I use it daily, even if for just 15 minutes. It does take up more space than a treadmill since one needs full leg clearance on both sides. It folds decently, but I just arranged the room to let it be out full time. There are two aspects that are a bit more flimsy feeling than I'd like for the price, but they have not shown to be detrimental to the function, 1) the tall post pulleys that elevate the ropes 2) the rope clamp cleat. Time will tell on the pulleys but the clamp cleats I can see replacing. The need to tie the rope off after the cleat makes it harder to adjust on the fly if you need to do that. Really only a problem if the machine is shared by people of different lengths, if it's one user, then I see no real problem except it's kind cheap feeling.I may have been just as happy with a slightly lesser machine, but I'm glad I this one it as it's exactly the type of exercise that works for me and it's attractive. this was at the top of my budget. There is a book called Pilates Reformer - I highly recommend you also get. If Pilates Reformer is your thing - this unit will pay for itself in less than a year.

I have been loving using this machine. I use to pay $200 a month for a Pilates membership and I could only go 8x a month, now I can use this machine as much as I want! It moves smoothly, the jump board works great and I love that everything was included. It fit perfectly in my gym and best part is I can fold it up if I need too.

I purchased this reformer after 6 months of going to Pilates classes to be able to do it at home. Love it! It is very sturdy, has the same strength springs as my Pilates class reformers, quality material, easy to install and move around. It is heavy, but still relatively easy to move. Might take two people to move it the first time to get used to it. Of course if you need to transport it up & downs stairs, the weight would make that challenging. But I definitely didn’t want a lightweight reformer and this does the job perfect! The cushion is a bit stiffer than the ultra expensive reformers but still comfortable. I don’t like the spring jump board because it sinks too much for my liking so I use the hard board instead. Very happy with the purchase!

I love this Pilates Reformer! I had bought a less expensive one and I sent it back due to the quality. I found this one and it looked strong and came with all the add on's. The pilates box and bounce pad. Its well made, high quality and I have been loving it! I love I can just go into my workout room and no more expensive classes! I had some questions and the customer service was prompt and very friendly! I just go on youtube and follow a class anytime of day! My new addiction! My cat Chester loves sitting on it with me when Im working out! LOL I highly recommend this product, its definitely worth every penny! If you want to get a full body workout this is the best way, low impact and challenging! Good for all levels of experience!

I recently purchased this reformer. I was very impressed with the amount of time it took to received it and with the attachment and ad ons included with the purchase. The reformer has a lot of potential.I was VERY disappointed to see that whoever put this reformer together added an additional washer (see image attached) and installed the bolt securing these washers at an angle, damaging the threads, making it impossible for me to remove the bolt, as well as the extra washer. What is even more disappointing is the fact no one tested the functionality of the reformer because if they had they would notice their mistake made it so that you can’t open the reformer to its entirety.I have issued a return and noticed I am now responsible for covering these expensive shipping costs when this should be on the seller. If you can make this right and reimburse me for a faulty product and the inconvenience, I will continue to purchase more of these machines.
