This was the pillow I’ve been needing.The shape is great no matter which direction you turn it to use.I had total knee replacement and sleeping is so hard as a side sleeper now. This pillow really helps cushion between the knees when I sleep on my sides.

As with anything, your mileage may vary. Having said that, my sleep quality has improved dramatically with the knee cube. My legs have been a bit misaligned all my life and while once funny, it is now pulverizing my knees. I could not sleep without downing Aleve first. Now, I sleep for hours straight. It's also helpful when i am reading in bed, with the pillow beneath my sore knee. Occasionally, I will turn once to often and "eject" the pillow from bed, but that is infrequent and the benefits far outweigh any occasional glitch. I also measure my sleep data, and there is a measurable and significant improvement in sleep that coincided with use of the pillow. I'm a fan!

It’s ok…. Flatter/thinner than I expected… does stay neutral temp. Isn’t cooling as advertised, but doesn’t get hot. Isn’t as comfortable as described. When I want to bend my knees , it’s more awkward to bend one and keep other leg straight, despite the dipped areas for the leg to go in different direction. If I’d known this stuff beforehand, I wouldn’t have purchased this. I bought it because it’s longer than most knee pillows and a regular pillow kept losing its shape. This isn’t as long as I’d hoped for my thigh length (I’m fairly tall with long legs) so I definitely am not impressed. If these things are not an issue for you, give it a try, otherwise, don’t waste your money!
