I got these for mounting routers in my woodworking shop, great price and seem to be good quality so far. I strongly recommend these for use with a router.

I don’t think this is actually cast acrylic.. i believe it is extruded. I used it with my CO2 laser and it just melts while engraving. Really disappointed

Dimensionally accurate good optical characteristics. Well protected by adhesive sheets on both sides.

These sheets are not good for laser cutting, they don’t cut, but melt leaving a ridge around the edge. Won’t buy again. These are not acrylic but some sort of plastic.

Very nice and clear pieces. One of the pieces I received had a very slight cup in it, but it was small enough that when I cut out the hole for my router bit to come through it eliminated that issue. They did crack easier than I thought they would when drilling the holes to attach the router. I was applying fairly light pressure while drilling on a drill press and once the bit got a little over halfway through it would have some spiderweb cracking on the other side. Did this on the initial hole and when counter boring.

Doesn't cut with my Xtool, just melts into the plastic covering. Waste of money.

Crystal clean, good thickness for my purpose, will provide required protection and be durable for my projectThe 12x8x3/8 size made for perfect dimensions all around to replace the badly yellowed and weather beaten 15 year old plexiglass shield on my neon house number.Drilling plexiglass can be an adventure. I drilled 4 x 3/8 inch holes in this piece for the 4 stainless steelthreaded standoffs I built onto my neon housing.I used a 3/8 one size Irwin step bit with a plywood backer board underneath. Gave me nice clean holes.A standard step bit or Unibit is the way to go for drilling plexiglass. I used a one size step bit because of the thickness of this particular piece - 3/8 inch. This will be a durable and clear weather and debris shield for my neon for at least a decade.

First, it is neither 12”x12” nor 3/8”. It is 11 13/16” (300mm) square x 23/64” (9.12mm). More importantly though, unlike other acrylic I have used, it melts when worked with power tools. This then solidifies on saw blades and drill bits, leaving them coated with a hard plastic cover which is very challenging to remove. Remnants of the acrylic also re-solidify on the work piece itself, leaving cut edges rough and lumpy, and drill holes and the surface around them plugged up.I was eventually able to complete my project, but it required a great deal of extra work, and made a mess of my tools which I am not yet sure that I can clean up. I would never buy this product again.
