Item delivered is not as pictured. Does not include two axle nuts and key; only includes one axle nut & key. Will be returning.

Great peace of mind since installing these. For those wondering, yes these can be torqued down enough to hold a fixed gear rear axle in place. I've had these on the back if two fixies with no problem.
