We are using pink butcher paper instead of foil and it really keeps the meat moist.

Here's some examples of the food that was made using this paper. The box is different from listing, but does what it needs to for a good price at the time of purchase. Great briskets, great pastrami.

This roll is perfect for making Brisket and wrapping ribs instead of using aluminum foil all the time. Obviously when not cooking it😳It’s nice and thick so juices do not leak through.The roll is very easy to pull out and rip off what you need. Great price for what you get.

Not a very useful box. Clearly not as good a butcher paper as at the butcher. Will do for smoker purposes. You get what you pay for.
