I can't say that it is top in its class, however, given the fair pricing at 15 bucks, this is a great deal. The accessories seem high quality and were better than expected. Each part works as expected and I've been able to get good use out of them. The pink colour adds a splash of charm to my desk. It looks good and for what it costs, it's an excellent set to consider.
