Well chances are if reading reviews on rain gear you’ve bought several brands several styles several different times to end up feeling like it was a waste of money. I have lived this myself. I work outside in all types of weather forestry work as well as construction could range from logging to cutting brush to working on houses.I’ve never had rain gear last more then a few weeks tops and I’ve tried some that were not cheap tingly Healy Hanson carhart to name a few, and I was never really comfortable in them they ultimately would allow water through after being in non stop rain all day.. I stumbled upon Pioneer rain gear and put off trying it at first (foolishly) but I finally ordered it and I TELL YOU WHAT! This hi-vis rip-stop rain bib and the 2in1 fleeced lines bomber jacket from pioneer is the best the quality is absolutely outstanding it is truly waterproof and comfortable would be understating these products. By pioneer rain gear you will not regret it !

No pants pocket by the legs. Only a zipper pocket between the suspenders. Also in ran a bit small. Order 1-2 sizes larger than you think you need.

I use the big saw cutting machine that cuts asphalt and these have been my go to for warter protection. i get a lot of wet concrete splash back and these hold up pretty good from the corrosion of the wet cement. i rinse after every use. They get a bit warm during summer i have to wear shorts and i sweat pretty decent from them, but they do keep the water away from the outside,Winter i only need either pants or thermals. i get about 6 to 8 months of use out of them before the threads from the velcro start dissolving because of the wet cement.

Going into my 5th winter season here in Northern California mountains as a tow truck operator, wearing these overalls to keep me warm and dry(for the most part). Snow and rain is a constant in this job during the winter. From crawling on the ground to climbing through snow banks to sliding down embankments. After the first season I kinda beat the hell put of them. They are 100% intact after all the abuse. Stitches and seams handled it all. They are size large, slightly too large for me. I'm 5'5, ~185lbs I may try Medium this time around. If you are questioning the durability, don't. Plus I'm out in the freezing cold, sometimes all night in snow storms. I never really got cold. Sometimes I'd get too warm when I got in the truck.Time to try another set!

Bought these and the coat to use at work. First day I had them we had a light rain, heavy mist. With in a hour I noticed I felt my shirt and pants sticking to me. Went inside the shop and took the pioneer rain gear off and my clothes we soaked. These not only are not waterproof, the bibs are sized so small I could just barely get them on. I’m a 2xl in pants and these were more like a large. Complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and do not buy these. One star only cause I couldn’t give it zero stars.

Overall I love this product as a solar panel installer in the PNW. It's light, makes a great windbreaker, and works very well to keep you dry when you have an appropriate coat. My only issue is that I wore through the knees pretty quick, but I work on my hands and knees a lot on rough shingles, so maybe buying these with kneepads as well wouldn't be a bad idea. Overall, a great product, just don't drag them through the dirt and expect them to stay waterproof for long.
