Well it worked but had to modify the hitch holes. Came with two holes but they did not align when inserted in the receiver all the way. Pic from seller only shows one hole. Secondly the parts were all scattered in the box because the parts bag was previously opened TWICE and the handles do not fit this mount. I asked for a replacement for the first one then the second came exactly with the same issues. Didn't go for a third replacement so i modified the hitch myself. Would need modification to use the handles but i gave up. Didn't want to have to do any of that. It is heavy steel works for trailer winch setup.

Had to return the first one because the receiver was welded crocked but the new one is just fine.

I used the winch mounting plate on a JK because the bumper wasn't compatible to mount a winch directly. I had to trim the plate, and drill holes to adapt to the bumper. The plate looked strong, and was in good condition. I would buy again.

The product is stout and does have standard bolt pattern for most winches. The cradle is welded all along the receiver and not spot welded as some are. The cradle handles are designed so they can be folded, but it would necessitate loosening 8 bolts, 4 of which (on the bottom) have to be removed and placed in a different hole; there's not much room between the handle bolts and the winch, once the winch is installed. I installed a winch with synthetic rope and am using a hawse fairlead, which bolted up to the cradle without any modifications. I have roller fairleads on other winches and have no doubt that one would work just fine on this cradle. I'm using this for an X20 Smittybilt 12,000 pound winch; this cradle is supposedly rated to 13,000 pounds, although I doubt I'll ever get close to even 12K.
