Our MyCaseBuilder high-density military grade foam inserts exhibit excellent shock absorption and offers a secure fit. This high quality closed-cell TopGuard polyethylene foam is chemical and oil resistant and can be wiped clean.

The 2-piece set includes a precision cut base foam insert with cut-to-length plugs, plus adhesive-backed convoluted lid foam.
MyCaseBuilder MILITARY GRADE FOAM
Military Grade Foam
TopGuard Polyethylene Foam is spongy and forgiving, exhibiting excellent shock absorption. It is fairly dense, moderately pliable, and offers a secure, snug fit.
The PE foam in our gun cases is chemical and oil resistant and can be wiped clean.
The PE foam in our hard drive cases is anti-static and protects against static electrical damage.

At MyCaseBuilder, every case we offer is hand-measured in our factory to ensure the foam completely fills the entire space.
After engineering the interior cavities, we finish each piece by chamfering the sides to accommodate sloped interior walls and hand-cut notches for any interior intrusions like wheels and handles. This allows the foam insert to slip perfectly into place.

I was hesitant to purchase due to some reviews stating that it didn’t fit correctly. I’m pleased to say that it fit great without any trimming or shimming. I’m looking for ward to trying these in other sizes.

I was originally designing one just for Glocks only on the website ap but then decided the premade design was just perfect and more universal. Foam is a better quality than the pick in pull stuff.

This foam insert fits the Apache 4800 perfectly. Pistols and mags fit snug and are well protected. This is so much better than the pluck and pull style of foam.

For the price, I expected higher quality foam and a tighter fit.The first thing I noticed was that the foam was a very large-grain grade of foam - almost cheap in appearance. The second thing I noticed was that the insert had large gaps between it and the case. The third thing I noticed was that the lid foam fit was a joke - not even close to sized for the case.In the above images, I have included an image of the cheap lid foam that came with the case, and the lid foam that came with this insert kit - the original is a MUCH better fit and seems to actually be the same or higher quality.Also, I have included an image of the custom-cut foam in my drone case - it seems to be a much higher quality and more durable than the insert kit foam. And, it fits the case like a glove.Maybe I am making a big deal about this, but for the price, I expected better.

This insert is worth the $, especially if you travel and take good care of your weapons. I wasn't able to use my case until I purchased this insert. Now I place my handguns, mags, hearing protection and a few boxes of ammo in the case and head out to shoot. Weapons are an investment and cost lots of money. This is the perfect product to protect them from damage while traveling.

This is a great foam upgrade for Habor Freight Apache 4800 case. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review was because the inserts for lights is too far forward of the trigger guard. If I want my lights to fit, I'll need to cut some of the foam.Now for the great features of this foam. Perfect fit for the hard case. The foam is much sturdier than that pluck foam that comes with the orginal case. The original foam is so flimsy and does not hold its shape. The foam insert also will accommodate psitols with RMR optics as you can see from my pictures. I ordered this foam last night and it arrived from TX to PA in one day, so Prime was awesome. The cost of this foam cost as much as the case, but I'm here to tell you its well worth the price. Great product.
