Balls are good quality. They are made for right handed people but there is an outline for the left hand. I just traced the line with a sharpie and labeled each finger to make it easier for my 8yr old to place his fingers on it correctly.

I gave my 10 year old son a set for reference while learning about different pitches. I knew keep them handy while watching MLB so I can get a feel for what pitches are being thrown. Son and dad have a set.
