How to Use it Correctly?
- Apply firm, even pressure. You don’t need to be too forceful with a docker, but you do want to apply enough pressure for the spikes to actually penetrate the dough.
- Be methodical. To make sure the holes are evenly spaced, you don’t want to go over the same bit of dough more than once.
- Dock the whole surface. If you do choose to dock your pizza dough, you don’t want to leave any areas out.

Does what it's supposed to. Easy rolling, fairly stout built, easy to clean with a bottle brush. This makes pizza dough better, not so many bubbles when baking. Forks are ok, but this makes bigger holes way, way faster!

I've always just used a fork to dock crusts, and didn't feel the need to add another gadget or tool that would take up valuable drawer space and only be used occasionally, but I'm so glad I went ahead and ordered this item. It really does the job, and in much less time than it would take me to do it with a fork. Plus, it's more precise. When I've used a fork in the past, I would rush and I'd have more holes in one area than in another, and sometimes I'd make a hole where a hole had already been made, so it would tear the dough, making the hole larger and more likely to leak. With this tool, you don't have that issue. The material is solid and it would take a lot to break off one of the little pokers. I don't plan to be rough on it, so it should last a long time. Rolls smoothly, too!

This is one of those items that if one takes care of it and uses it as intended it is quite effective. Part could be broken if not stored properly and handled incorrectly. It will do the job it is intended to do quite well. Though keep in mind - if mistreated the prongs could be easily broken.

So far, I am happy with this product! It works as it is intended, preventing pizza crust from bubbling. It is easy to use and clean, as well as a nice size I don’t mind storing. We make homemade pizza on a weekly basis, so it definitely gets used!

This docker has worked very well for us. We make homemade pizzas at least 1 -2 a month in our pizza oven and this does a great job to keep the dough from having those (sometime really) big bubbles in it. I would recommend this product.
