Product has a vibration when activated to raise the handset and won't raise enough to get off hook.

I could not figure out how to get static out of the headset. The seller contacted me and personally walked me through resolving the matter. This is a superb seller and I highly recommend purchasing from him!

My style of work phone does not allow for the phone to be hung up properly. Sucks that it doesn’t work to it’s full ability but still love that I can be away from my desk and still at least answer the phone. I just work my way back to the desk during the conversation so I can hang it up at the end of the call. Still worth the purchase in my opinionSet up was super easy. Will update with phone style and pictures at a later date

This thing is easy to fit, and does the handset lifting admirably. Try to ensure you fit it as near to the top of the receiver as you can. It struggles to raise the handset if you place it too near the centre of the receiver.

This is a must have for the wireless headset (Plantronics Savi W710 Dect Headset). I have a Panasonic desk phone and it works perfectly with it. I was a little nervous because I had one in my old work office and it never sat right (sorry, I can't remember the brand of phones we had, I wish I did). The key is to go to their site and read about how it's supposed to sit on the phone and make sure that your phone matches the description. Basically, where the handset sits on the phone base - there has to be a lip to hold the phone from sliding off the base when the lifter lifts the handset. Exactly how high the handset lifts is adjustable and easily set by following the directions. Also helps if your handset has an earpiece that will catch when the handset is lifted. Read the directions, don't remove the sticky tape until you know where to place it, and check your phone to be sure it will work with it. See the pictures I attached to see what I mean about the shape of the earpiece and the lip (or cup) where the handset sits so it doesn't slide out...9/16/20: I’ve been using this setup on a daily basis now for 2 years and I still love it. It still works perfectly. The headset is comfortable, the buttons are easy to use, and the lifer is so worth having! In 2 years I have not had any issues at all regarding function, etc. great, reliable product. Very happy customer.

Initially I got the regular HL10 lifter with terrible instructions just pictures and the connection didn't seem right.. it wasn't. Be careful if your using a Savi system you get THIS SAVI version NOT the other HL10 (that doesn't say "Savi" after it. The wrong one has a 90 degree plug vs the Savi which has a straight plug. The instructions are far better with words not just confusing pictures on THIS savi version. Biggest problem was at the lowest lift setting it lifted fine. But hang up kept missing the cradle so handset going down... went all the way down...to the floor with a thud - after bouncing off the desktop. Would not go back into the cradle. After reviewing some UTube videos and placing the lifter all the way to the top would ALMOST return to the cradle instead of falling to the floor. The problem is the slant of the Panasonic KX-TGP500 phone I'm trying to use it on. The slant of the phone is just a tiny bit too much even setting the lifter in the low position. Lifts perfectly but slides off the phone to the desk or floor when going down because of the slightly too much slant. If I put something under the phone lifting the front so overall it is more flat it works perfectly. I am trying to figure out what to use that looks decent to give the front of the phone a "lift" so the lifter will return to the phone instead of falling to the desktop or floor. The 720 dual headsets work perfectly lifting the headset manually. Good audio quality both ways and range. My next task is figure out what I'm doing wrong as pressing the button on the phone after it lifts is not returning it downward. I can manually from the stand press the left button to make it go down (or up). But this may be operator error on my part and am reading more and installing the software etc.

This device pairs with the Plantronics Savi 700 series wireless detect headset system. After Rotator cuff surgery I need a way to easily switch from Computer with Dragon Naturally Speaking, Desk Phone, and Cell Phone. The HL10 works with the AT&T 17939 Corded 2 Line Phone. It mounts to the side of the handset on the phone. Double stick tape keeps it in place once you mount it in the correct position over the speaker. It plugs into my Save w720. When you push the phone button, the HL10 lifts the handset to make a call. There's an adjustment for lift height on the back. This combo worked fine for me all allowed me to start working from home 2 weeks after surgery.
