Love the design and overall feel of it. The buttons are very convenient too. I really like it a lot and wish I could use it regularly...but I can't. It works well with Teams and has good sound quality. But it seems that is the only time it has such good sound quality. I make like 50+ phones call daily for my job, and this headset just isn't loud enough for me to hear the other party as clearly as I would prefer.

The call quality is poor and caller cannot hear you, it disconnects way to often and just creates a headache, if you are actually wishing to be mobile or work away from the USB dongle...I would not recommend this headset

The sound and fit works well. I do say that the distance from my computer is no allowing to walk super far before it starts to crack up the sound but it's still a great headset.

These are fantastic headsets. They should be $200 each with the charging stand. I have no idea how these are such a great deal here, but I'm grabbing a few more for my employees. Came brand new with the protective film still in place- very happy with the purchase.

Pros: Excellent battery life (10+ hours intermittent use), great audio quality, not-too-sensitive a micCons: On occasion Mute gets stuck and cannot be turned off - could be a weird issue with Genesys and Teams using the headset on the same machine

So far it's good. Only thing is doesn't mention it has a USB C port. Now I have to order a USB C port to attach to my laptop because when I have to charge my laptop I would have to disconnect the headset and use a plug in one which I don't have.

This product is being used as a headset for driving truck for my father. This is great for allowing him to hear phone calls while in a noisier vehicle.

Verbindung bricht ständig ab oder kommt gar nicht erst zustande. Nicht fürs Homeoffice geeignet.

Je l’ai essayé une fois et j’ai dû demandé un remboursement car la connexion coupait toujours. Je ne pouvais même pas me rendre à la salle de bain juste à côté de mon bureau! Il ne m’ont même pas remboursé la moitié du montant que j’ai payé. Je recommande pas dutout, mauvais service.

Bluetooth interface with laptop does not work. There is a lag between when you speak and when others pick your comments up. Also, extremely poor sound quality for people on the other end. Works only slightly better when wired to the computer. I could have paid 1/3 and just got an analog device hooked up to my computer. Works better with the phone but that's not what I intended when I bought this device...
