Easy to install. No hum! Plug in or hard wire option. It even comes with a low voltage connector for the lights. Small housing is easy to mount. I'm running 25' of strip lights and the dim function is smooth.

Easy to hear when they are on if you are near them. The terminals were difficult to re-seat the wires after adjusting their lengths. Overall though I am happy.

I bought high end kitchen cabinets with embedded LED lighting. They came with very cheap plastic transformers, not dimmable, that after a few minutes of use felt warm to the touch. I changed them by the PlusPOE 30W, and they work great with my Lutron Caseta dimmers. The build quality is excellent, the casing is metallic and doubles as heat sink. They don't make any noise and they do not heat up at all. Highly recommended.

Great and reliable product with minimal heat production. I used these to hard wire 12 LED puck lights on a custom barn door entertainment center, and again for cabinet lighting. I was able to hide it within a floating shelf and plugged into a smart outlet for a seamless look. Buying another for another cabinet project.Only minor issue would be the connectors. If you are hard wiring, just disconnect and use the simple screw connectors.

I was searching for an electronic ballast that allowed the LED lights to turn on as quickly as possible when you hit the light switch. My prior ballast had a ~2 second delay that was very irritating. These turn on basically immediately - the delay is essentially unnoticeable. Interestingly, they delay a second or two turning off. Okay, that's a good trade for me. They are quite difficult to mount - for some unknown reason, one mounting point is on the outside of the case, and the other is under the cover - the cover that is very difficult to pry off. I thought I was going to break it. I didn't, but I'm pretty sure I'll never get it back of if I need to replace it.

The unit powers 12V LED strips no problem. Dimming works fine, with no flicker. But the unit buzzes incredibly loudly!! It buzzes while dimming, and it buzzes while fully on. I mounted them inside a cabinet, which does muffle the sound somewhat. In a quiet room, you can still hear it. If you care about buzzing noises, look somewhere else.

Stable power. No flicker. Too slight of a hum to even mention...but I am specifying as I don't think any other product could have a quieter hum
