I'm using these tactile switches for the letters and numbers of my keyboard (until I get enough for the rest). I'm enjoying them. I like linears but keep moving to tactile for a lower error rate, as the initial higher force avoids accidental presses, and the reduced force at activation gives tactile feedback.Sound is good and loud when hitting the end of travel (no damping), and returning back, just a tiny bit quieter than the noisiest switches I have. This brings out the keycap sound well, which I love. There is noticeably less friction sound when pressing than POM switches I've used.Testing them with a digital force gauge and calipers, activation is at 2.1 mm, total travel 3.4 mm. Initial force is 56 g, dropping to 32 g at activation.

These are kind of weird/unique. I like them a lot though. The actuation happens mostly at the beginning of the press. They are incredibly smooth, low wobble. They're pretty awesome in my opinion. I wish the housing wasn't completely purple for LEDs, just a clear portion where the LEDs shine through would have been nice. The purple doesn't affect the LED color as much as I'd have expected, but still.
