- Throttle Position
The wire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878498 harness repair kit for all Keihin throttle bodies. This kit includes both the female sensor side plug AND the male wire harness side plug! Simply cut off the old plugs and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Keihin TPS sensor and has 9" long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your TPS sensor looks the same before ordering. Fits the models listed below using the Keihin throttle position sensors (2410342): 2009-05 Ranger 700 (All Models) 2010 Ranger 800 (All Models)
