These work great and protect my boat finish perfectly. They look huge when you get them and almost to big for your fender but they fit nice and snug. There is a draw string on both ends that tie off the ends very good. I dont know about fading or anything but so far they work as needed. Make sure you order the right size so pay attention to the size chart they have

Polyform in my opinion were the best fender covers you could buy. However, having bought new ones recently, I was very unhappy with the quality, and they seemed thinner than previous one purchased a few years ago. The recent ones have now been in use for less than 6 months, and already visibly deteriorating. Sadly, I don't think they are worth the extra cost anymore.

"Covers my fenders and protects my hull. This is the second set to be used to cover the fenders attached to the dock. The original fender covers have been on since 2014 and look like new.

Just bought a pair of these and they seem to be very well made. They have only been on the boat for a couple of weeks, so can't comment on durability, colorfast, etc. But they look great and were easy to install.I decided to order another pair for the starboard fenders - but saw the price had increased by over 30%. I can buy a brand new fender for $50, so $35 for a piece of cloth seems kinda high. It's about the same as the price at our local marine chandlery, which prices everything like a boutique.If the price comes back down (maybe after the summer boating season is over). I'll pick up another pair.

I tried Polyform fender covers for the first time around four years ago, and eventually the sun tool its toll. Functionally, they were still in perfect condition, but the gold thread had "washed out" due to UV exposure. I went with a less expensive brand to replace them, but have you ever heard the saying "you get what you pay for?" That is absolutely the case here, and I'm back to Polyform covers and will stay with them. They handle tough docks without damage, and they are QUIET when the boat is rocking against the dock due to wind.In short, these covers are awesome!
