There should be an option when you order the racks to select which brackets you need instead of just including the small ones and making you order the larger ones separately. Other than that everything good.

I've purchased a number of these brackets to attach my fender holders to the deck railings. They're a bit expensive (like most quality boating gear), but they work well, hold the fender baskets securely and haven't deteriorated over time (some in place for over 10 years).I found it to be less expensive to buy the fender holder "kits" on Amazon, which include two fender baskets, these railing clamps, plus the "parallel clamps" that clamp two baskets firmly together. However, I've supplemented the kits by purchasing separate clamps, where required.

I used this to secure a small flashlight to the side of a full face scuba mask. Worked great for this use.
