Nice memory foam. Great storage and I like the detachable arms/ storage so you have options when sitting in different areas it takes about 24 hours for it to fully inflate so be patient when it first arrives and you unpack it. Nice removable covers, so easy to wash

This pillow has been very comfortable and multifunctional while I recover from my mastectomy surgery. I like how the arms (which also have pockets to keep items close) are adjustable front and back using the velcro attachments. I keep the arms longer in front so I can rest my elbows on them while sleeping. Also, the arms prevent me from rolling on my sides while sleeping. For sleeping, i just place two pillows vertically and horizontally over the reading pillow to have a bit more comfort. The pillow came vacuum packed as a rectangular block in plastic. Once out of the plastic, I placed it in the dryer on air fluff and it expanded to full size in 10-15min.

This is not what i expected it’s very flimsy and the Velcro is weak and the arms don’t stay on.

This product arrived shrink wrapped in 4 pieces with damaged Velcro armrest attachments that don't even begin to work. It looked nothing like the picture and in no way represents a quality product. This is the first time in years of doing business with Amazon that I have ever complained. I can't even get it back in the box to return! The back support piece by itself actually provides no support at all. The overall construction of all 4 pieces is the poorest quality I have ever seen and the cloth covers do not fit smoothly over any of the individual pieces.

I see a lot of potential in this item but unfortunately it is much too small, especially hight wise for my build. To be fair I am 6’4 so much taller than the average customer. Even still it’s a bit small even for my wife who is a foot shorter than me. The headrest comes to a little bit below my shoulders when I sit in it. The over build quality of this is average. The Velcro for the air rests came frayed. Also important to note that this thing takes quite a while (over 24 hours) to fully expand once removed from the shrink wrap so make sure you wait the full time before trying it out. If the size were a bit better I could see this being comfortable as the memory foam used seems pretty nice. Not much support for my back though but my wife says it’s not too bad for her. Pockets on the armrests are a nice touch.

I love to read in bed and haven't been able to find a supportive reading pillow. Most of them try to get you sitting up at a 90 degree angle but they are short and have no support for your mid-back on up. I usually end up supplementing them with bed pillows, but still end up at an awkward angle or sliding down. It turns out that I'm at the wrong angle for reading. This pillow aim to put you at a 120 degree angle which helps to take pressure off your lower back while supporting your upper back too. This pillow comes in a box that is way heavier than you would think for its size. The whole reading pillow is vacuum sealed in one package. It is surprisingly heavy and hard. They sucked all of the air out of memory foam. Because of this, the memory foam needs time to expand and fluff up. Yes, it only expands so much and appears to be too small for the cover. I tossed it into my dryer with a clean, damp dishcloth for a bit of steam, and tennis balls on medium heat for 10 minute increments. I did this three times. Once the foam has been warmed and steamed to relax and fuff the foam, it was full size again. The company really had a strong vacuum pulling all the air out of the pillow, so you have to put that air back in. If only the surface of the foam gets expanded at room temp for 24 hours, it may not expand for several days. It needs warm, moist air and be tossed around a bit to beat the air back into it. Once it was full size, I had it on my bed ready for my bedtime reading. I have a herniated L5 S1 disc in my lower back, so I need a better angle to prop up and read in bed. I like how the arm rests can be pulled off and used to prop your knees up. I also like how they are also adjustable in length when they are attached to the main pillow. It may have taken a bit of time to get the pillow resurrected from its hard, airless state, but it was worth it.

There certainly is a level of comfort is you like sitting up in bed, reading, watching TV or surfing the net. I think the product can be improved as far as the arms though. The velcro type material is certainly not velcro quality. It seems to hold the neck rest okay but the arm rests just don't hold well.I believe getting some quality velcro will do the trick but that's an added cost and who knows how well it will work. I liked the idea of the pocket in the arms. My girlfriend id constantly losing track of her stuff on the bed and, if I can get the arm cushions right, I think she'll really like it compared to the pillows she constantly uses. It certainly firms up nicely once you open up the very tightly packaged cushion. While I was opening it, I couldn't figure out what it was.I opened it in my driveway and decided to let it grow in the passenger seat of my SUV. About 12 or so hours later it was pretty much ready to go.
