These needles ARE NOT 4.5 inches. They are in fact only 2 inches long. I ordered these specifically for the length and they aren't even longer than a standard needle.Completely false advertisement!BEWARE - DESCRIPTION IS A LIE!

The website description states the needles are 4.5 inch, the needles I received are right at two inches. They are however beading needles and the quality seems good, however they are not the size I thought I was getting.

These are really great for tiny beading. I almost stopped doing my craft because I couldn’t thread the needle. But, it does have a tendency to fray the thread, so make sure your thread’s pretty sturdy.

Decent needles, but only three stars because they deform and bend pretty easily. And the little threader thing is useless, since trying to get a single pass of thread through is hard enough that doubling it means it either doesn't happen at all or the eye breaks (I use WildFire .006 inch thread). I've tried a few different brands, but Tulip needles are consistently the best ones, even though they're a bit more expensive.

I love using size 11 beading needles and Pony are the only quality ones I've ever found. Most manufacturers skip right over size 11, but it's the most convenient size needle for my applications; the eye is just the right size to fit through smaller holes, but not so small that threading becomes a pain. I love them!

so slim but just what I needed for a special project. be gentle and they will work for you but you'll need a magnifying glass to thread it... lol.
