Early days on the usage aspect. I installed mine on a moveable bench hook especially designed for this vise. It is a bit hard to fit soft jaws to the vise (I am a woodworker) but I’m getting by wrapping my smaller workpieces in cloth. I am sure the swivel feature will come in very handy. Mike Fibbens

I bought it hoping the mounting screw spacing was the same as my 10 year old one that has cracked and fallen apart. It is the exact same spacing.This new one is 30% smaller in every dimension than the old one.The jaws do not line upHowever it is a cheap light duty viceso what else is to be expected.

I use it to cut femur bones for my two dogs. Only used it one time and it worked perfect for what I needed it to. If you need a light duty vise I don’t think you could go wrong by purchasing this.
