These are essential if you are running a spa/hot tub.Hot tubs are a complicated game! A delicate balance of chemicals to ensure the water is safe. It really isn’t as simple a chucking a bit of chlorine in!With these test strips you can get an accurate reading of everything you need. I have an ice cold plunge bath and the biggest pain is always having to change the water regularly. I have managed to get some chlorinated tablets and have started using them now I have these strips to safely measure the levels. I found that they measure chlorine well which is all I’m interested in. A quick dip of the stick and then wait but the result comes up quite quickly if there’s chlorine to measure. It’s trial and error but I’ve now managed to work out a third of a tablet is perfect to get he right levels for me! These strips come in a nice resealable tub and are easy to use. I’m more than happy with them!

I was intrigued by these being seven-in-one and offering more than the usual test strips I typically pick up. To be honest, some of the tests go beyond my knowledge and understanding, but I do like that they check more parameters than the standard ones. While I’m not entirely sure how I’d handle all the results if something came back problematic, it’s nothing I couldn’t research online, and it feels reassuring to be checking the water more thoroughly.The only thing I was a little skeptical about was the water hardness test. We live in a very hard water area, but my results came back in a good range, which surprised me. It might actually reflect the success of another product I’ve recently started using to reduce water hardness, though I hadn’t added much of it yet. Regardless, the additional testing options make these strips a worthwhile buy, especially if you want to monitor your water more comprehensively.

Hot Tub Test Strips 7-In-1 (150Pcs)| Ph Test Strips For Swimming Pool & Spa | Pool Water Testing Kit For Chlorine, Bromine, Ph, Hardness, More - All In 1I really like these 7-Way Hot Tub Test Strips, they are very similar to all other 7-Way Pool Test Strips in how they look and work, I tried them on my hot tub that's not been used in weeks, I also tested my mains incoming water hardness and my water softeners hardness against my 'Premium' test strips and these ones matched the results perfectly but for £15.99 at the time of reviewing they are slightly expensive since my normal ones are £7.95 for 100 so over £4 cheaper.
