Q:After the software is installed, click the desktop icon. Why is there no response?

Once you have opened the software, click the triangle on the task bar in the lower right corner of your computer, find the hidden yellow icon of the portable IWB server, pull it down into the visible toolbar, and then locate it.

Q:Writing is intermittent, why?

A:1. When operating on the projector surface, ensure that nothing is between the pen and the receiver

2. Sometimes writing too little will lead to incomplete writing, at this time you need more strength

3. The receiver is moved, or the positioning is inaccurate and needs to be repositioned

How to install and use?

To set up an interactive whiteboard, you'll need four items:E-pen, sensor, Windows computer&projector.

  1. Connect them in sequence.
  2. Insert the U-disk into your computer and install the E-Note software.
  3. Once installed, turn on the E-pen to enable positioning. The sensor will automatically read the infrared signal of the pen, determine its physical position, and transmit this information to your computer.

Move the pen anywhere and the computer cursor moves in real-time, like a wireless mouse.
