Reviews said this was easy to set up and durable. Neither claim is true. Set up was challenging and not even a week of it being up, it’s broken. Starting the return process now.

First, I can say that this is a perfect size for my yard, and was fairly simple to set up. You do need at least 2 people, but preferably 3-4 to get it hung up and tied down with the anchors properly. Once anchored, the net is surprisingly sturdy and doesn't move much, even when balls are hit against the net. The issue I have is out of nowhere during the first time we used it, we heard a snap. One of the fiberglass poles just snapped out of nowhere. the cage still held up, but one of the domes where the rods are is drooping down a bit. I am concerned that this will continue to happen with additional use.

Very nice size a little harder than I thought to put it up but it works for practicing at home in the off season.

I don't know how anyone would put this together. While my kids found it entertaining, watching me try and assemble it. I got caught up in the net more than once and felt like a fish out of water.

Set up a net today that i purchased for Xmas for my son. One of the pole had a crack in it. Sent and email to CS and 10 hours later A Rep name Gloria reached out for additional info and then emailed to say a new pole is on the way. I was still able to set the net up with the pole it came with but i was nervous it would snap from the tension. It’s also a great net, my son hit a couple buckets as soon as he got home from school.

Update 5/6/2023: I contacted customer service via this companies direct website and explained we had a pole snap. I was told if I left a review about the customer service they would send me a replacement pole. I responded to the email to let them know I left the review and the email bounced back. I tried three times. Unfortunately they lied and we are still left with a broken pole and unusable net. Extremely disappointing that they didn’t follow through with their word and I am still trying to obtain a pole for this net. They won’t tell me how to purchase one and said this was my only option.Original review: After snapping a pole during setup the first time I contacted the company who responded quickly and said they would send a new pole out for me. Setup isn’t the easiest, but the net itself is great.
