The build quality is top-notch, made of durable materials that give a solid, reliable feel. The design fits perfectly with the HEMI engine's valve springs, allowing me to compress and remove the springs without any hassle. The adjustability of the tool was another big win – it can be used on a range of HEMI engine sizes with ease.

Not the most complicated spring compression tool; but nontheless it works fine.All black iron assembly, so the part will handle some drops and abuse with little to no worry. Do be mindful using on the aluminum heads' bolt locations. There is also bolts included for the locations the arms of the tool sit (on other rocker studs), so you dont need to reuse what you have, or worry about a questionable bolt legnth when securing the tool for use.Instead of a leverage based design, this one uses the larger bolt to push the hollowed out cap down onto the retainer/spring itself. Make sure to align everything so there is no worry about shifting or poor aligment when putting springs under pressure.The cap is not fixed to the larger bolt like most spring compressor tools; as long as you're smooth and steady you shouldnt need to worry about it not being attached, but it's still something that stands out to me comparing to my other spring tools.
