Took 2 hours to assemble. No issues, I took my time. According to the boxes, total weight is 161 pounds. The rails are 2x2. The holes are less than an inch. The jhooks fit my multi-grip bars. Pull down is smooth. Nothing beats a heavy iron 3×3 welded rack that is a couple 100 pounds. I don't lift heavy anymore.

The product arrives 3 boxes early via FedEx from the other side of the country. Assembly was very simple and straight forward. I love the compact size and all the features. It's great to be able to bench press heavy weights at home with a safety bar. It is also great that it has a pull down and pull up as well.It took about 3 hours to assemble and the instructions are very complete and easy to read. The instructions correspond to each code and you can tell exactly which part it is. It's very detailed and not confusing to read.Once installed it is basically ready to use, the weight capacity is very strong, I do pull-ups at 75 kilograms without wobbling at all.
