We purchased and installed, and it worked perfectly for about a month. Then we had a problem... The bimini controller went bad. It was not fun troubleshooting, so I contacted the seller. The seller walked me through the best ways to troubleshoot and quickly sent a replacement controller which fixed the problem. The phone support and information were excellent, and they stand by their product. Very happy.

We live on High Rock Lake. If you know this lake... you know there are a lot of bridges on the 2nd largest lake in North Carolina. I just hated putting our old Biminni up and down to get under the bridges. This solved everything.

First off, I am happy that I now have an automatic top. This ks really the only option now that Sureshade purchased PWR ARM. In fact, my unit has PWR ARM labeling on it. The reason for a 3 Star review is because it did not come with an RF remote. The pictures with product descriptions clearly say that it has a remote. I called tech support when I hit a snag installing and the tech guy was also surprised that I did not have a remote. I regret not purchasing directly from the manufacturer instead of through Amazon. I would much rather have a remote instead of using the flimsy toggle switch exclusively. As for installation, I am pretty handy but did have some challenges. I definitely recommend having a helper as it is tricky to do this solo. As others have said, the left side wiring is an issue. I ran mine through the Bimini tube but it requires splicing additional wire. It would have been nice if they would have made one actuator with longer length wire. The reason that I called tech support is because I could not get the front tubes on the actuator because the arms were completely horizontal and they need to be angled. The solution was that I needed to have it wired to power up the arms a little. Because I was running the wire through the tubes it meant a temporary wiring hook up. The top material and tubes are most definitely a lot lighter than my old top. Hopefully, it will hold up. Also, I am not completely thrilled that a manual close requires some disassembly.I would recommend buying the top but buyer beware on some of the details.

I'm 83 years young, was easy to install. I have a 29ft pontoon I like it so well I'm going to order another one for front. It is so nice to press button and drive in boathouse. Surprising it is very stable at fast speed.
