I bought this to reseal the power steering pump on a 2012 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited. I wasn’t able to use the whole kit because I couldn’t remove the pulley from the pump and there’s no videos or instructions anywhere on how to do it although I scoured the Internet for hours trying to find instructions. I didn’t know if the 8mm Allen bolt that secures the pulley is normal thread or reverse thread. My 20V impact drill and my pneumatic impact gun wouldn’t remove the bolt in either direction and I didn’t want to use my long breaker bar on it not knowing exactly which direction to turn the bolt. Rather than risk destroying a pump that costs over $450 I just replaced the 3 rear seals and crossed my fingers because that’s where I believed the pump was leaking from. Thankfully that fixed the leak but I guess I spent a lot to only use 3 seals.
