I was having trouble staying on my feet for a long period and it was hard standing up after sitting for a period of time. My physical therapist had suggested these inserts and some stretches. Now walking and standing doesn't hurt anymore

The arch support is excellent. The cushion for the ball of foot is non-existant. I will keep reordering it for the arch support. I have tried a dozen or more shoe inserts claiming to have good arch support and they have been a waste of money.

These have literally been life changing they are expensive but worth every penny. After four needles in my feet and multiple trips to the doctor these inner soles literally solved all my issues from the moment I put them in my shoes. A miracle product.

These insoles are much more comfortable and effective than my custom-made orthotic insoles. They provide good cushioning to my heels and ease the pain I have felt daily in my feet. I will definitely buy them again and am thankful for this excellent product.

Ordered because I have problems with the ball of my foot burning. I thought these might help, but unfortunately they don’t. I hike and do quite a bit of walking. Tried for a solid 2 weeks. Had to return.

I am post reattachment of my anterior tibial tendon - ironically caused by walking too much! Once I returned to my usual level of activity post surgery I found that my gait had changed and I was putting a lot of pressure on my tarsal/metatarsal (ball) of the affected foot. It felt like I had no pad on this area - a constant bruised feeling to the point of interference with daily activities. My podiatrist suggested I pass on metatarsal pads in favor of this insert. They are a game changer. The company recommended I use bilateral inserts so that gait/weight would be even. They were prompt in their response.Of note: they fit true to size; should be used with good shoes (ie, they will not correct a sole that is flat and has no padding); monitor for replacement (ie, I wear these daily, usually walking 3+ miles in addition to regular activity as a dog walker) - they last several months but not forever.

Love the comfort. But wear socks or your feet will STINK! That's really my only complaint. I will keep using them, just with socks. I sure wish they had these topped with leather, which does NOT make my feet stink.

Love them. Ordered two more. Replaced my custom made orthotic insoles that are wore out with these and feet are fine. Suffer from plantar fasciitis and need metatarsal pad too. Beats $500 orthotics.

Wife is really happy with these as she suffers from a low arch, these help her get some of that bounce she lacks in her natural form and get through her Zumba classes without ease and produce a better workout. Only thing is at first it might feel strange, your muscles need to get used to the change.
