I found a small Grizzly 1x30 belt sander in the trash that had a couple of pieces missing, so I fixed it up as a project with my 11 year old offspring and then gave it to him with this pack of belts. They work fine and he is happy.

These belts are 100 times better than the local big box store brand I was buying. I was grinding 1/4" mild steel and zapping through the locally bought belts. I bought 20 belts here on Amazon thinking that I would also zap through them as well. I was amazed that I finished my project with only one belt! Now I have 19 left, I assume these belts will last me a long time. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased a 60 grit pack and am still on the very first belt. I have used it for stock removal of steel, brass, resin, and Kydex with great success. The abrasives are attached to a relatively stiff backing, and the belt has maintained its consistency over time.I recommend this product, and would purchase again if the price is right.

I used these 4 putting Bevals on the knives I make. I've only had my 1×30 for a few months. And I've only bought belts from 2 different companies. These were more dorabl and lasted longer. Will buy these again.

Product seems to be fantastic, needed for shaping an oak handle, which it did with ease. I expect it will also be good on metals for light use. Will buy again

I've never seen 1/2" belts on the market so when I needed a thinner belt, I decided to cut one of these in half. I have a lot of craft projects that have tight spaces, where even my Dremel sand paper disk is too big. Hand sanding is just to much trouble. This idea worked perfectly! I haven't tried to tape the other half together yet, but with some strong tape it should work. This is the second time I have purchased these, because the quality is excellent. Putting these on the sander is still a bit of a struggle for me. I recently learned how to push back the tension spring thing, so I can get the belt on easier. I'm a small woman without much muscle strength. A little stronger person won't have any trouble.

I bought these because they were cheap, no doubt about it. That said, they work just fine! I had no idea how difficult wrestling them on would be, but that's on me. After some cursing and whatnot, I DID get them on, and now I'm happily back to sanding my bamboo again.

I like these because they are cheap if they did a pack of like 50 or 100 for even less id be all over it. I use these for knife handles since they are cheap I can clog them up with epoxy and other resins and toss it. I dont use them for steel removal tho they do work I use ceramic belts for that bora 7 or norton blaze are monsters compared to this and build up less heat but you only get one or 2 belts for 10 bucks and I cant clog those up costing that much so that's where these come it. Check out super grit and tru grit for high end belts butv your average Joe probably will love these. O yeah horbor frieght sandpaper all completely sucks dont buy it!
