Stainless steel for racks, easy to keep clean and washes great in the dishwasher. Had other types and the welds broke, these have the food sitting higher in the pan and with a little Pam before AirFrying works wonders for easy cleaning. Highly recommend for 1/4 sheet cake pans.

I got these because they were dishwasher approved. I like to use the racks to elevate meat when oven cooking. But I hate to have to wash them after. These racks come out sparkling clean and just like new after washing in the dishwasher. And no rusting.

I use these alot on my Blackstone Griddle and they work great. They are a good size because I can put the Blackstone dome over it with no problem. I have a smaller non-Blackstone dome that barely fits over the racks. I use these alot when cooking meat after the meats after the outside cooks the way I like it I then put the meat on the racks and put the dome over it to cook the inside of meat to desired likeness without burning the outside.

I got these for my eighth sheet pans, they could’ve been a tad smaller in size to fit exactly but it is good enough. One is slightly bowed. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with it and use them often
