PPE's Heavy Duty Rear Differential Cover 1380512xx is equipped with internal heat sinks and external cooling fins, increasing the pan’s surface area helping dissipate heat faster than the stamped steel stock differential cover. This makes for cooler and denser fluid, which lubricates better and helps extend differential service life.
To keep the fluid clean, PPE installed its exclusive high-power Neodymium magnet-equipped billet stainless steel fill plug that pulls harmful ferrous metal particles out of the oil before damage occurs to the bearings and gears. A drain plug is also included for quick and easy servicing.

I bought this for my 2022 GMC at4 3.0 LM2, it fit fantastic. From the factory the fill plug was damaged I contacted the seller and they got me another plug no questions asked. Amazing customer service the quality is amazing if you know anything about PPE they are the best of the best. 5 stars

This cover is not engineered correctly. It interferes with the spare tire shroud. This cover will not work without removing or cutting back the spare tire shroud. I tried to resolve this issue with PPE which they admitted issues but had no resolution. I was offered a 20% discount on ppe oil filters to go away. This is definitely a liability issue that they refuse to address.
