I was very disappointed as these did not work right out of the package. I am not sure if I could get a refund because I just opened them last week. I ordered them for my job so I could answer radio calls easily while driving the courtesy shuttle and it was a no go. Maybe implement quality assurance before sending a broken product. I do not recommend these.

Great quality. Just my ear may be a tiny bit small being a small female? But I can only stand to wear it a few hours before switching ears due to it hurting my ear. I’m sure it’s my ear size causing the discomfort. I have no other complaints. No sound or talking issues.

The sound is great. It would be nice if the rubber part that fits behind the ear was able to be formed to fit the ear better instead of stiff which hurts my ear after a while. Adding a wire inside to allow it to bend and stay

As the title states, it has very poor sound quality. Very muffled sounding, almost like someone is super far away and or underwater. It lasted all of 5 days before it the PTT button broke.

Use this for work. Our work phones do not have Bluetooth so we are limited in what we can use. This one works great m. Good clear sound and comfortable enough to wear all day.
