It's a cheap mouthpiece for an alto Sax. It has some Selmer background. It's very comfortable to use, and plays above its weight/price.Music teacher using it on a cheap student sax - it's a LOT better than the thing that came with the instrument.

It isn't even the same mouthpiece in the photo. The ligature doesn't fit on with a reed on.
