A decent set of pressure washing tips. They function just fine, I can pop them into my pressure washer gun without issue and their spray patterns are perfectly fine.My main issue with these is they are made of hard plastic. I was hoping they would be made of a softer silicone or rubber. The hard plastic kind of defeats the purpose of them being meant to protect your vehicle from bumps. They are still decent and I prefer them to the stock ones that came with my pressure washer gun, but if I was buying a new set I would be looking for a set with softer, more flexible tips.

These stainless steel pressure washer spray nozzles have a protective plastic shroud that can prevent metal to metal contact should you accidentally contact your vehicle with the tip. I ordered these for the protective shroud and the all stainless steel construction. In the past I've had a different sprayer tip pop off and land on my vehicle and chip the paint. For that scenario there is still the possibility of damage from the rest of the exposed metal parts. But provided you ensure your quick connect fitting is securely locked in place, then you should be good. I found the spray pattern quality to be about the same as my other basic spray heads. These are a bit on the pricey side for just 3 spray heads, but they are stainless steel and cover the range of spray patterns you might use for car detailing.

This is a set of 3 pressure washer nozzles with different spray patterns. They're really no different from the ones that came with my pressure washer, except for the extended plastic cup protecting the tip. I ordered these because I'm always paranoid about scratching what I'm cleaning with the "standard" tips. It's too cold to actually use these yet, but I tried them out without running water through them. They're nicely made and go on and off my washer's quick connector easily and smoothly. That hasn't been the case with every different kind of tip I've tried. I need to wash the wood (redwood) siding on my house this spring, and I am confident that these will keep me from accidentally gouging the wood.

Maxshine is well known in the detailing business for putting out quality products. So after testing them I had two thoughts. One. Typical of Maxshine this is a quality product. They are well made in stainless steel, have an even spray pattern and are much safer than oem tips you normally get with a new pressure washerMy next thought was “ What was Maxshine thinking when they designed these? “ What happened that kept this product from knocking it out of the park like some of Maxshines other products? A few things. The first thing I asked myself when I saw these tips was “What is the orifice size?” Most people buying nice tips like this for their pressure washer probably want to know the orifice size to match it to their pressure washer and its job. If you have a Ryobi 1800 pressure washer you probably don’t want a 3.5 orifice. If you have a gas pressure washer you don’t want a 1.5. I’m sure someone at Maxshine knows this yet the only place the orifice is indicated is on the box which says 1.0. I measured the orifice with my gauges at 2.5 and ran my pressure washer to confirm. In the pictures the 1000 psi pressure test is with the Maxshine tip. The 1400 is with a 1.9 tip. The 750 is with a 3.0 tip. So it looks like Maxshine is somewhere around 2.5.The colors of most pressure washer nozzles are color keyed to the spray pattern. It’s generally yellow for 15 degrees, green for 25 degrees and white for 40 degrees. Maxshine may be ahead of it’s time redefining the color of the tips to red for 15 degrees, blue for 25 and orange for 40 degrees. Is it a big deal? Unless you have similar looking tips that have the standard colors probably not. You just get used to the new color schemes. Finally, the cones surrounding the tips are hard plastic. Yes they do offer some protection from scratching the paint and they do keep your skin from being right against the tip orifice and injecting yourself with the sprayer but softer silicone cones would be much better for both.So overall the tip is well built. The colors are non standard. Which is kind of a bummer but not a deal breaker. However the colors are beautiful, especially the blue! You have to guess at the orifice size since it’s not on the tip where you hope it would be. This may lead to a lot of returns. Finally I’m going to have to deduct 1 star though for the hard plastic tip. Very early versions of the cone tips were hard plastic but as they evolved and the problems with the plastic cones became more apparent, the later generations of these tips have soft material that can’t scratch the paint. I have no doubt later versions of these nozzles will have silicone or something similar that will make these tips 5+ stars

These pressure washer tips are much better than some of the oem tips because they have a safety cone over the end. If you detail and use a pressure washer, you will eventually hit the paint with the tip of your pressure wash. Having one of these tips on will help to keep damage to a minimum. They are not rubber like I was expecting. They are a stiff plastic. The tips have a consistent spread pattern compared to my other tips. The degrees are shown on each tip. They are made of stainless steel, so they should last a good while. They fit all 3 of my spray guns as they use a standard quick disconnect fitting. So far, they've been great. I'll update my review should anything change.

I picked these up for a second gun setup. They spray great and feel sturdy. My only issue with them is the tips are solid plastic, I thought they would be softer like the Mtm hydro aquiline tip. The orange 40 degree tip matches the blue mtm 40 degree tip. Overall, the 3 pack of Maxshine tips for 34 is a better value and more versatile than the single mtm tip for 35

I've been using my electric pressure washer for few months now and it came with nozzles that have a flush plastic piece on them. I've always been concerned about accidentally hitting my nozzle on the surface of my car and recently it happened. Anyway, luckily, no damage but it definitely was a wake up call to buy something that could protect my washed surfaces better. These nozzles have a plastic cone around them that honestly feels about the same in hardness to my original nozzles, but I think the improvement lies in the fact that the actual spraying portion of the nozzle is now a couple inches further away. The effect of this is that I'm less likely to even be that close to the surface of my car when washing it. It's this distance that makes using this nozzle a safer option for me.
