This is the second one of these we purchased for our dump truck and semi truck. The front fire speaker is loud enough to hear running down the road & the weather channel function is helpful. I like that you can change channels on the microphone. President radios talk louder than they should and receive clear. We also have a president “bill” in another truck that is super small but mighty if you are cramped for space it’s a heavy hitter. All 3 radios worked well with Wilson antenna

I started using CB radio in the 1960s and used them on the road a lot during the 70s and 80s. I decided to get a new one to use in my wife’s car on road trips. The President Johnson II USA seemed exactly what I was looking for. I especially like the front facing speaker and received signals are heard easily in the car. Signal reports on my transmitted signal are also excellent. I am a ham radio operator and when I checked it out with my test equipment I observed that it was right on frequency, put out exactly the 4 watts as advertised and its modulation is excellent. The factory did a superb job of aligning it. This is a very nice AM only CB radio and I highly recommend it.

I bought this Radio just to see if I would like the "CB" hobbie. I LOVE THIS HOBBIE!!! Just this week recieved the President McKinley. Might just have to see what the President Lincoln has to offer next

Awesome radio. Noise canceling ability is second to none. No other brand of radio holds a candle to the President line.

Great CB! After installing, I turned the power on and was talking to people 4-5 miles away, I can hear them crystal clear and they said I was coming in load and proud!!The only thing I didn’t like... u have to hard wire the power cord.I replaced 2 cobra 29’s with 2 Andy’s

Arrived with internal speaker not working. When I have to swap trucks, this is a big issue as some truck don’t have an external speaker built in. Seems like a manufacturing defect and not what I have ever expected from a President cb radio.
