Your cart is empty.The sealing ring fits around the inside rim of the cover and forms a pressure-tight seal between the cover and the body of the pressure canner during canning and cooking. When installing a sealing ring, work it into the cover in four small sections, for example, top, bottom , left and right. Work it into the groove a small section at a time until it is fully in place. Place the cover on the cooker body. Put one hand on the top center of the cover and push down firmly. Open and close the cover several times. I have bought two other ring kits and none worked. As canning season starts I was determined to try again. Not disappointed!!! Let me add reading the fine print and comparing all sellers that had rings supposed to fit. I struck with this one so glad I did

Bought mine as an open box product at a discount. Works perfect and was brand new, contained all the pieces. Good value. If you need a sealing ring for a pressure cooker, do yourself a favor and just buy one from the manufacturer of yours, not a knockoff.
