Instructions for use
Adjustment Height
Turn the height adjustment knob to the left to raise the height of the front bracket, then turn the screw button underneath to secure the front bracket.
Adjustment Length
Turn the knob to loosen it, pull the telescopic lever to the length you want, then reverse the knob to lock it.
Turn down the height
First loosen the bottom screw button, then turn the height knob to the right and finally press the front bracket downwar

Honestly this is a pretty good stand. It's not the best mind you. But pretty darn good. Sturdy easy to adjust has little compartments to put things. I use it for some smiting as well as shooting. Very handy and light weight.

Great value, very easy to use, I gave it 4 stars because of its light weight. Not a Lead Sled, but does great for a easily adjustable shooting rest.

You get what you pay for which means that this is not that good of a product. If you are really into gun maintenance then invest in a better product that will be sturdy enough while you work.

This Bench Rest will do the job but is not as easy to adjust as the manufacturer advertises. The front yoke fits into the rest so tightly that the adjusting nut will not raise the front yoke no matter how much I tried to turn it. I had to put the unit on the floor, put a knee on it and then pull up the front yoke to the desired height. This front yoke is so tightly secured that you don't need to tighten the set screw to hold it in place.Maybe it will loosen up with further use. I don't mind this defect because the Bench Rest is priced so low. Pridefend contacted me through Amazon and politely showed me where I messed up. I assumed that it didn't matter how the front yoke is inserted into the Bench Rest. Well, I was wrong. So, I removed the front yoke and turned it around, and reinserted it. Now everything works just perfectly. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. I owe Pridefend a big apology. Buy this Bench Rest. It is well worth the money.

Unbelievable!This bench rest is perfect,It works as advertised,Comes with instructions and easy to assemble.It’ll hold a bunch of different platforms and lengths .Elevation knob at front is smooth and easy to lock in place.It's reallyvery sturdy and has non-slip pads on the bottom every time I shoot without losing my zeros.Does the job quite nicely and was able to fit all of my guns!These adjustments make sighting in a breeze and It is also a holder for easy cleaning of the rifle.I think I'll be using it a lot, whether at home or at the outdoor ranges.
