When we created the Prime Line we took everything we have learned over the years and implemented it into this unique access tool. With Prime Line you will get an extremely practical ladder that is easy to use and a pleasure to work with. We are the first and only ladder company in the world to develop level rungs, our 80 mm wide and level rungs will minimize slipping and reduce fatigue, making it more comfortable when working on a ladder for longer periods of time. Due to its compact size Prime Line is both easy to transport in almost any vehicle and just as comfortable to bring to any working area, no matter if it is a tight space or if you need an elevator to get there. Once there, you can easily adjust the height of the ladder to perfectly fit your needs. We did not just build a great and extremely practical ladder, but our first priority was to make it safe. Prime was the first telescopic ladder with our patented triangular tube design. The brilliantly engineered triangular shape makes the ladder more twist resistant and stronger than ever before. But that is not all: Prime Line has a lot of innovative details, making it as safe as possible. To just name a few, the angled rubber feet are creating maximum surface contact, the red safety tabs ensure every rung is locked before you use the ladder, and the rubber tops prevent the ladder from sliding and damaging the wall. With Prime, we took everything we know about designing quality ladders and embarked on a new era. This is where safety, quality, and design meet.

Here are my thoughts on the this ladderSolid Build– The aluminum construction is impressively sturdy yet light-ish-weight, making it easy to carry around. The non-slip feet provide excellent stability on various surfaces.Compact & Easy to Store – One of my favorite features is how compact this ladder becomes when collapsed. It takes up very little space,perfect for anyone with limited room in their garage or work van.Extension & Slow-Closing – Extending the ladder is seamless, and it retracts just as easily. I love the slow-closing feature, which works like soft-close drawers, it’s a small detail that makes a huge difference in my opinion.Multi-Purpose – Whether I’m using it for repairs, getting up to the attic, or outdoor projects, this ladder has proven to be incredibly versatile. The adjustable height makes it super nice to useOverall, this is a game-changer for anyone needing a reliable, space-saving, and easy-to-use ladder. Highly recommend it!

In love with this ladder - so much so that I ended up buying their COMBI 7.5 FT ladder too! You can literally feel the quality, specifically the fact that these ladders feel super safe when climbing up. They have these special triangular shaped tubes, which truly makes all the difference. The little rubber tops make sure that my siding doesn't get scratched while I am up there, and the whole thing collapses into such a compact easy-to-manage ladder that even I can carry around without breaking a sweat. One more thing that's awesome (amongst tons of others) is the fact that when you go to close it, the ladder comes down SLOWLY and there is no reason to be afraid that your fingers might get pinched. VERY refreshing! It's comfortable to stand on because the rungs are wide, the little red tabs underneath the rungs show you at one glance that they're securely locked, and overall, this ladder is a great investment. I only have good things to say - highly recommend :)

This is an amazing telescopic ladder! Definitely has the most safety features compared to other models I have used or researched. No hesitation on my part paying the price for this ladder to minimize the possibility of injuring myself. Out of the box you can feel the quality and this model was easy to set up. Simply snap the stabilizer legs on each side and screw it together with included torx bit and screws. I found it to be easiest to pull the top rungs first when taking the ladder to full extension height. But if you only need a shorter set up for "step stool" access, begin by pulling the bottom rungs up until you achieve the desired height. The unlocking buttons release the rungs slowly to protect your hands, yet you can push them down faster if you want. Overall, when fully collapsed, this ladder is very compact and easy to carry and store away in shop or work van. Will be purchasing the Adjustable Safety Feet and Wall Mount. There are other accessories that could be needed for future jobs too.
