The handle is so shallow and slick that my fingers can barely get purchase for pulling a screen door open. Will be buying something else.

Our old one cracked and had issues for a long time before I replaced it. It was super easy to install and was a pretty inexpensive fix. I had been looking at screen door handles for a while and wasn't really thrilled on the selection at the hardware store.

I had to replace a very old handle for a very old screen door. I could not find a handle with holes separated less than 3 inches, which is what I needed.I purchased this handle with 3 inch hole separation. Once I removed the old handle, I drilled two new holes 3 inches apart, using the new handle as a template.The new handle covered the old holes so everything looked neat and clean. This handle seems to be quite sturdy and may even outlast the old screen!
