This is a guide rod used in Benchmark bi-fold door systems. The 5/16 inch diameter, 5-1/4 inch long steel rod and is threaded on the bottom half with a hex nut and washer. There is a 3/8 inch nylon cap on the end.

This bi-fold guide pin is constructed from steel. It features a 1/4 in. diameter steel rod with a 3/8 in. nylon cap. This spring loaded design is used on steel frame bi-folding doors.

The rod length itself is a bit shorter than the original pins, which isn't' a problem if you have a fairly small gap on the top & bottom of the doors. If the gap is bigger, you might want to remove the retaining clip that comes with them after installing or buy a 5/16" retaining clip / push nut (

Diagram Photo show 5/16" Rod diameter actual 1/4" Rod diameter. Diagram Photo show slot at one end of the Rod; actual Rod does not have a slot for a screw driver to adjust length.Dimension Diagram wrong for this product.
