I usually stand, but sometimes sit on a stool, when playing my tenor sax. Sometimes I hold it to the side with the body angled back, and sometimes in front with the body angled forward. This strap adjusts in the blink of an eye.

It looks pretty plain but I like the wide strap on neck. I use a Jazzlab at home but this one fits in my case.
