Your cart is empty. This paper dispenser / cutter from Bulman is made from stainless steel and provides years of maintenance free operation! It is designed specially for use in food processing fast food poultry meat and other similar markets. This dispenser / cutter dispenses many types of paper including butcher paper freezer wraps foils and films. The floating spring tension knife gives a sure straight cut every time. This dispenser / cutter holds up to a 9" diameter roll and also includes rubber feet to surfaces. It can also be mounted under a counter or on a wall!

Works exactly as it should, does feel flimsy out of the box. Once mounted onto my slicer cart it's solid. It's legit stainless as a magnet will not stick to it. Parts and pieces are from very thin stamped steel, all edges are razor sharp. Once mounted just keep your hands on the paper roll. Price wise, this is in the same range as all other stainless steel dispensers. Probably less than five to make, and sold at high margins. If you want a buy it once and use for a lifetime, this would be a sound purchase. I would ABSOLUTELY lubricate all moving parts of the dispenser. I used a combination of Globe lubricating oil and Petro Gel lubricate on all moving parts. Both lubricants are food grade, and made a big difference in the spring loaded hing, as well as the pivot of the cutting bar.

Very handy. I use it to wrap customer knives I’ve sharpened. Strong spring. Worth every penny!

I have 2. I use one for butcher paper and one for the roll of art paper. I love both of them. Easy to move around but yet sturdy.

Absolutely LOVED THIS. It feels flimsy in the shipping box but not to worry. Set this up with the paper installed and you can feel how well built this is. The stainless steel looks nice enough to leave out on the counter! Also faster ship time than stated.. all good to me. Oh and the cutting bar looks like a "pull down tear" setup, but with a few tries, you can master the "tear up" method
